How SMS Order Tracking Works
1. Shopper Opts-In to SMS Messages
Shoppers must enable the SMS notification checkbox during checkout to receive notifications on their order.
2. Shopper Receives SMS Order Events
The following table depicts all of the events that trigger an SMS update to your shopper for their order. Notice that each message includes a link to your branded order tracking page.
