Shoppers have the option to check out as either a guest or through a Bolt account. Shoppers with an account can authenticate using a confirmation code sent either via SMS or Email.
How to Log in to Your Bolt Account
Via SMS
Logging in through SMS is the default method.
- Fill your cart with items you wish to purchase.
- Navigate to checkout. When proceeding to checkout, Bolt recognizes you as an existing user and automatically sends a verification code to your phone.
- Input the code.
- Complete checkout.
Via Email
Don't have your phone on you? No problem!
- Fill your cart with items you wish to purchase.
- Navigate to checkout.
- Select Email me the code.
- Input the code sent to your inbox.
- Complete checkout.
It can take up to 10 minutes to receive a verification code email. If you do not receive your email, you can attempt to log in via SMS or check out as a guest.
