How can I track my Bolt Support Tickets?

Bolt allows you to track and organize all of your open support tickets on the Bolt Support Website so that you don't have to keep track of tickets in your email inbox. When you contact Bolt Support, your tickets are automatically associated with your email address so that you can manage them directly through your Bolt Support Account. This can be done using the instructions below: 

  1. Access the Bolt Support site at
  2. Click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Sign in to your Bolt Support Account. Note that your account requires a separate username and password from your Bolt Merchant Dashboard account. 
    • If you are new to Bolt and have never submitted a support ticket, click Sign Up to create a new account. 
    • If you have submitted a support ticket but have never logged into your account, click Get a password.
    • If you already have a Bolt Support Account, enter your email and password to login.    ZDSignUp3.png
  4. Once logged in, click the [Your Name] dropdown in the top right corner of the screen to access and then click My activities.  
  5. From here, you can view your tickets under My requests and Requests I'm CC'd on.
    • My requests — tickets that you initiated
    • Requests I'm CC'd on — tickets on which you are copied
