Customer did not receive an order confirmation

After completing checkout, customers are taken to the merchant’s order confirmation page. Depending on your notification settings, the customer may also be sent an order confirmation email and SMS from Bolt. These message will only be sent by Bolt if you have Bolt notifications enabled.

If a customer informs you that they did not receive their order confirmation email and wants to know if their order was received, please take their information and check in your Bolt Merchant Dashboard, and your order management system. You should be able to find their information with the customer's name or email address. From the transaction, you can Resend a Confirmation Email.

If you are unable to find the transaction in your Bolt Dashboard, please send an email to support@bolt.com. Bolt's support team will investigate the order and look for any issues that could have happened at checkout.
