Changing the address on an order

A fairly common request from a customer is to update their address after the order is placed. However, since the Bolt Fraud Review approves the customers address with the order, a change to a customer's address will need to be approved by Bolt.

How request to update an address for a customer:

  • Reach out to support@bolt.com with your request 
  • Support will notify the merchant if we can indemnify the new address or not
