Disable Shipping to PO Boxes

Merchants may not allow shipping to PO Boxes for a number of reasons. These could include lack of address verification, shipping method limitations, or other limiting parameters. Bolt provides the ability to manage the option for shipping to PO Boxes.

Use these steps to disable the option to ship to PO Boxes:

  • Reach out to support@bolt.com with your request 
  • Support will notify the merchant when this is completed
