View Failed Authorizations

Transactions that have failed authorization do not display by default in the Merchant Dashboard; you must explicitly filter your merchant dashboard to display them.

To view your failed authorizations:

1. Log into your merchant dashboard at https://merchant.bolt.com/

2. Click "Transactions" at the top of the page.

3. Click "Filter" on the right side of the page; then, check the box for "Failed Authorization." (See screenshot below).

4. You'll now see a list of all transactions that have failed authorization. If you click on a transaction, you can see its complete details including contact information for the customer and the items included in the order.
