View Failed Authorizations

By default, transactions that have failed authorization do not display in the Bolt Merchant Dashboard; you must explicitly filter your merchant dashboard to display them.

To view your failed authorizations:

  1. Log into your Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Click Transactions at the top of the page.
  3. Click Filter on the right side of the page; then, check the box for Failed Authorization


  1. You'll now see a list of all transactions that have failed authorization. If you click on a transaction, you can see its complete details including contact information for the customer and the items included in the order.
