Forgotten Password

If you forget your password for the Bolt Merchant Dashboard it can be easily recovered.

Recover your password using the following steps:

  1. Go to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard
  2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
  3. When prompted to enter your password, click Forgot your Password? at the bottom of the page.
  4. A password reset code will be sent to you via email. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, click Resend Code.
  5. Enter the reset code.
  6. Setup your new password.
  7. You will then be logged in to your Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
