Bolt Chat enables merchants to ask questions to our Support Engineers in real-time. Merchants can contact support through chat Monday - Friday, from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET.
How to Start a Live Chat
- Log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
- Select the Chat widget.
- Choose Live Chat to be connected with a Support representative.
You can choose Leave a Message to submit a ticket through chat.
Submit a Ticket
If you are submitting a ticket after chat hours, the Chat widget says Support.
- Log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
- Select the Support widget.
- Choose one of the following ticket options:
- Submit an Order Approval or Fraud Question
- Report a Bug
- Submit a Plugin Management Question
- Submit a Question about How to Use Bolt
- Submit a Chargeback Dispute Question
- Submit a Reconciliation or Accounting Question
- Submit a Feature Request
- Submit a Question about Something Else
- Complete all necessary fields.
- Your Name
- Your Email address
- Business Impact
- Issue Category
- A detailed description of your issue
- Relevant Attachments, such as screenshots of the issue
- Send.
