Bolt follows industry-standard practices for settlement and funding. The typical process takes approximately two days from order placement to availability, and works as follows:
- At 7:00 AM Atlantic TIme/10:00 AM Pacific Time on each business day, Bolt settles all card network transactions that were captured by 4 PMAtlantic/7 PM Pacific the day before. Upon settlement, funds are moved from your unsettled balance to your settled balance, and as a result, are made ready for transfer to your bank account.
- On each business day, Bolt initiates a bulk transfer to your bank account for all transactions that were settled at 7:00 AM Atlantic TIme/10:00 AM Pacific Time that morning. At this point, a list of all transactions included in the transfer can be exported for reconciliation using the instructions here. This transfer occurs at 9:00 AM Atlantic TIme/12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time.
